[In the left margin] 184 Item: I give & bequeath to my son Henry the plantation whereon William Drury is now Overseer with all the Lands I hold there ???? my son Henry has his ?aid of also the seven following negros young Sam, Lew, Joe, Isaac, David, Ben, Jany's child, Cate & sixty pounds Current Money to him and his Heirs for ever. Item: I give to my son William Taylor twenty five pounds. Item: I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Cary twenty five pounds. Item: I give to my Daughter Mary Taylor one negro girl known by the Name of Annakey & three hundred Pounds Current money to her and her heirs for ever. Item: My will and desire is that if either of my sons Henry, Kinchen, Etheldred, John, James, or Richard should die under age or without Issue that all the lands and Slaves heretofore given to them and all the other Estate hereafter given to such Child or Children dying as aforesaid be Equally divided among such of my sᵈ sons as shall survive & their Heirs for ever. Item: I give and bequeath all the remainder of my Estate of What Nature or kind so ever or wheresoever found to be equally divided between my four sons Etheldred, John, James, & Richard Taylor & their Heirs.
